Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario is about for a spell on the sidelines after having surgical procedure on a fractured ankle.
The 28-year-old sustained the damage throughout Saturday’s 4-0 Premier League win at Manchester Metropolis, although he performed the entire match.
The Italy keeper, who wanted remedy within the first half following a collision with Metropolis winger Savinho, says he performed on with the damage for an hour.
