Gen. Salim Saleh has expressed frustration with Uganda’s music business, accusing musicians of hindering his efforts in northern Uganda.

The management of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC), a program headed by Gen. Saleh, additionally urged stakeholders within the artistic business, notably the UNMF and the Uganda Musicians Affiliation (UMA), to align their actions with nationwide growth objectives.
