Kamwenge District Council has taken a big step towards boosting sports activities growth by providing land to the Uganda Nationwide Council of Sports activities (NCS) for the development of sports activities services.
This transfer aligns with the federal government’s efforts to boost sports activities infrastructure throughout the nation.
On March 5, 2025, a delegation of over ten officers from Kamwenge District, positioned within the Rwenzori area, visited the Uganda Nationwide Council of Sports activities to benchmark sports activities facility growth.
