FEASSSA Games: Oyirwoth guides Amus College past Rwanda’s CGFK

Amus College Bukedea defeated Rwanda’s CGFK (1-0) to secure a semifinal berth in the FEASSSA Boys Football Tourney.
In the game played at St Benadette Save Ground in Huye City, inform striker Allan Oyirwoth scored the only goal for his side Amus College.
It was a do or die match for Amus College as they needed maximum points to seal the semifinal berth.
Amus College could score more goals through Alvin Ssekamatte, Denis Ssemujju, Murushid Wandera and Allan Oyirwoth himself but couldn’t hit target.
However at some occasions, Rwandeese side CGFK could score but Emmanuel Ushizimpumu, Moise Ishimwe and Didie Kayiranga were wasteful.
Meanwhile in the same group, Uganda’s St Henry’s Kitovu edged Kenya’s Shanderema on a 2-0 score.
Amus College Bukedea progresses to semifinals with 10 points while St Henry’s Kitovu stands with 8 points, they will need one more point against Kenya’s St Anthony to also seal a Semifinal slot.
In Group B, Kibuli SS and St Mary’s Kitende tie on 7 points and both qualified for Semifinals. They will play their last games to determine who tops the group.
Kibuli SS will be taking on Kwira Coal Mines of Tanzania while St Mary’s Kitende will be taking on Kenya’s Dagoretti on Thursday.
